How My Journey Began

Hey there, I am Michelle!

I started Soul Engineer Life Coaching because I am passionate about creating positive transformation for others. I want to be an aid in your journey to finding yourself and improving your life.

Since starting my journey to self improvement, I have lost almost 40 pounds, stopped taking antidepressants, overcome autoimmune symptoms, quit smoking and developed a healthier relationship with food and alcohol. I read countless books, took courses and then started my own business. I have an extremely healthy relationship with my partner of nearly 10 years. I am proud of myself because I struggled with complex PTSD for much of my life. My mental health got so bad when I was in high school that I started having seizures (from anxiety), developed agoraphobia, and became increasingly suicidal. That was all before I started college and decided to rewrite my life.

I worked on myself everyday and after many years of making my mental and spiritual health a priority as well as exercise, eating healthy, meditation, I have gained the experience to help others. With my life experience and extensive coaching/hypnotherapy training I have become an extremely effective coach bringing what is needed to the sessions. I track progress and make sure we’re constantly heading towards the goal whether you realize it or not. You may start to see slow changes in your life or you may notice major shifts right away. Assuming that you apply the methods on your own time, you will see results. Like anything, what you put in is what you get out.

I am not a mental health professional so I cannot diagnose or treat mental illness, but I can come from a place of deep understanding, extreme acceptance and compassion. I am so excited to help others find what I have found for myself. Living your best and most authentic life is extremely important to overall happiness. Join me in living our most meaningful life together.

“The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why."
